Farm Manager

23 July, 2009 - Feeds Trial Unit - Ardnish
An interesting and varied role exists for a Farm Manager within the Technical Services Department working at our Feeds Trial Unit at Ardnish. The site operates as a commercial and operational trials facility undertaking key R&D projects to a very high standard. Current customers include Skretting UK and Biomar Ltd.

Potential candidates should have at least three years practical knowledge and experience of fish farming and will have held a supervisory position for at least two years. Initiative, the ability to motivate others, good organisation skills, computer literacy, and proven ability to achieve results without close supervision are some of the necessary skills required for this post. In addition an understanding of scientific methodology or qualification in a related subject would be advantageous.
