Assistant Site Manager, Loch Eriboll

Scottish Sea Farms have a vacancy for an assistant site manager.

The successful candidate will have over 3 years practical experience and will be able to demonstrate competence across a range of farming disciplines including: health and safety awareness, fish health assessment, cage and moorings maintenance, feeding optimisation and skilled seamanship. You will have the drive to succeed, a well-developed sense of pride and the ability to inspire others. Gifted communication skills are essential, as is a proactive ability to guide correct decision-making. You will be enthusiastic, honest and transparent in approach.

This position is salaried with a 1:3 weekend working demand. The successful candidate will see this as a key step to career development within SSF and should be open to training investment.
A clean driving license is compulsory. Salary and conditions will be in the region of 18K-20K + overtime.

Some assistance may be available in relocating to the area if applicable.
